My best guess is that Hiei would kill the guy, or make it VERY clear that Sango was his and not the lords.

Ok so obviously it would depend if Hiei had any romantic feelings toward Sango ;P
if he didn't, he would be apathetic.
if he did, he would get Sango outta there. As seen from many Yukina situations, Hiei tends to be a bit overprotective.
