Well I use open canvas to make mine with the layer option and things XD. As for uploading I normally put mine on photo bucket o.o Hope that helps alittle~!

Just one thing- remember to save everything in JPG. format, or you'll have a hell of a time waiting for it to upload if it's a bitmap. image.
Incase you didn't know. But if you did, just know I'm trying to sound smart xD lol
